What do I miss the most? Being active. Lately I’ve just had the craving to run — but I can’t. I’ve gone to the gym 3 times within the last week. I just walked on the treadmill for about 30 minutes each time, but I’m ok with that for now. If I can learn that this is a long process, I will be set up for success. It’s every time I expect changes to occur overnight that I struggle. I have a long ways to go. I’m in this for the long haul.
